6,000 sqm of Grade A "BREEAM" excellent offices with 3,000 sqm pre-leased to Regus, 112 bed hotel prelet to Tulip Inn (Premier Inn), 1,000 sqm fitness box let to FX Leisure, and retail lettings to O'Brien's cafes, Greggs, Chisholm Book makers, and Bathstore.

A second phase of development secured the Regional Corporate Banking office of HSBC plus large banking hall through pre-lease agreement prior to commencement of construction.
